Withdrawal policy

You may withdraw from this contract within 14 days after conclusion, without giving any reason.
Please send your withdrawal by mail or e-mail to: Galaxy GmbH, Hohenzollernring 57, 50672 Cologne, Germany,
E-Mail: mail@galaxy-gmbh-service.de. Sending the withdrawal within the deadline is sufficient.

Consequences of withdrawal

We refund all payments including standard delivery costs within 14 days after receiving your withdrawal.
If you request that the service begins during the withdrawal period, you must pay for the portion already delivered.

Exceptions

No withdrawal right for business customers (entrepreneurs under EU law).
